ACHES AND PAINS SERIES!
WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT.
The EQT REC Center will be hosting a 3-week series highlighting common areas of the body where pain/ injury may be experienced. The goal of this series is to provide members with information on exercises to add to their workout to help alleviate pain. The series will also serve as a guide to the transition from physical therapy to an active lifestyle, with the encouragement of personal training for mastery of the exercises presented. May 2nd at 11:00 am-Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hand (Upper Extremity)
May 9th at 11:00 am-Upper and Lower Back
May 18th at 11:00 am-Knee/Ankle/Foot/Hip (Lower Extremity)
