Camp includes pre and post-measurements with the Body Metrix scanner.
Looking for a fun and energetic workout to get ready for Fall? Our Personal Trainer, Louie Pellegrini will combine (HIIT) high-intensity interval training, agility, flexibility, and core work, all while improving your strength and conditioning. The Bootcamp will take place both outside and inside to help maximize your performance potential! This class will challenge and push you harder than you would push yourself and is sure to keep your body guessing. At the end of camp, you will be a healthier you!
