2022 Golf Conditioning Program
Do you want to gain strength and more power to increase distance of your ball flight? Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist, Bryan Washington MS, CSCS, CSPS, CPT-NSCA will give you the tools to make that happen.
The 4-week golf conditioning program will consist of using various types of golf specific exercises from different pieces of equipment that will increase your flexibility, stability/balance and reduce the chance of injury.
Limited to 5 participants
