Join Louie Pellegrini for a fun, but intense, bootcamp and get into the best shape of your life! This bootcamp will feature a combination of high intensity interval training, speed and agility drills, core strengthening, and flexibility training. Classes will take place both indoors and out to maximize the bootcamp program. The classes will be designed to challenge and push you harder than you would ever push yourself. It’s time to kickstart your fitness routine!
