THE ULTIMATE GOLF PROGRAM
Do you want to gain strength and more power to increase distance of your ball flight? Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist, Bryan Washington will give you the tools to make that happen. The 6-week golf conditioning program will consist of using various types of golf specific exercises from different pieces of equipment that will increase your flexibility, stability/balance and reduce the chance of injury.

When: April 20th–June 3rd
–> Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.
–> Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
