Intro to Kettlebell Fitness - With Jacob Branham
Anyone from a beginner to an elite athlete can benefit from kettlebell training. Kettlebells can provide strength and cardio with core stability and function. The benefits transfer well with athletes such as football, basketball and runners to help them perform their best.
Intro to Kettlebell Fitness will give you the skills and basic knowledge to understand:
• Proper form and body mechanics
• Correct kettlebell weight to use
• Good breathing technique
• How to avoid injury
• How to generate power and core stabilization
When: November 11th through December 9th, Thursday from 5:00pm-6:00pm
