The training sessions will be conducted by Personal Trainer and former College Wrestler Luke Lohr who is currently an assistant coach at Waynesburg Central High School.
Personalized Weight lifting programs for wrestlers, designed to increase Strength, Power, Endurance, and Mental Toughness to improve performance and build confidence for the upcoming season.
All resistance training Exercises will be taught with proper form and execution to prevent injury and enhance results.
