Stretch and Flex

This small group training with Miranda Chapman is designed to increase your flexibility, improve your balance and posture and increase your range of motion. Stretch and Flex will help you to push your body to new goals, ideal for anyone looking to improve their posture, proper body alignment, better movement and flexibility. That means it helps your body moves in away that’s smart, efficient, and with less risk of injury. Classes customizable to work with all fitness levels and to help you improve towards your individual goals. Each class will end with a Relaxation section to help you recover and get ready for your next workout!

When: Tuesdays from 5:30pm-6:20pm
