Looking for a fun and energetic workout to get ready for Summer?
Our Certified Personal Trainer, Chris Harmon, will combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), agility, flexibility, and core work all while improving your strength and conditioning. The Bootcamp will take place both outside and indoors to help you maximize your performance potential! This class will challenge and push you harder than you would push yourself and is sure to keep your body guessing. At the end of the camp, you will be a healthier you!
