Baseball and Softball Pre and In-Season Performance Training
With the upcoming baseball and softball seasons approaching soon, it’s time to take the necessary steps to get the edge on the competition. The EQT REC Center’s personal trainers will customize a workout plan that will fit your needs.
The sport specific workouts will consist of Increase Speed and Agility, Power, Flexibility and Stability, and Strength and Conditioning.
