Each session will be geared toward performing exercises that reduce injury risk while also improving performance. Exercises will be determined by the individual’s sport, position, flexibility, and strength. Focusing on these specific aspects will reduce injury risk and allow the individual’s body to become more efficient at performing sport specific tasks.
