Join our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Rachael Moon for a unique 4-week small group training program designed to help woman reduce their fears and give them a better understanding of resistant training. The StrongHer program will help you improve your knowledge and experience in proper strength and endurance techniques, Injury prevention and ways to decrease your risk of osteoporosis. If you are the one that is hesitant or intimidated with resistant training this program is for you.
