Beginner June 19-21
Ages 5 and up | Prerequisites: None
The beginner tumbling boot camp is great for any first time tumbler. Proper technique, conditioning, and flexibility are only some of the highlights of this camp. Learn body control and muscle awareness through beginner tumbling skills!
Intermediate July 10-12
Must be able to successfully complete:
Back and front walkover. Intermediate tumbling boot camp will help tumblers increase strength and progression for handsprings, tumbling passes, and transitions. We will continue to enhance technique overall tumbling ability.
Advanced July 17-19
Must be able to complete a back handspring and side aerial.
The advance tumbling boot camp will focus on correct execution of higher level skills. It is great for athletes who have mastered back handspring and are working towards series, tucks, layouts and twisting layouts in a safe environment.
