Louie joined the Foundation for Wellness Center in the fall of 2015, and is now part of the EQT REC Center Team! He earned his undergraduate degree at West Virginia Wesleyan College, and his Masters degree from West Virginia University. While attending WVU, he was employed at both Health Works Rehab and Fitness as a Fitness Specialist, and as a Graduate Assistant at Morgantown High School as their Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. While coaching at Morgantown High, many of the varsity athletes he coached went on to play at D1 schools in Football, Soccer, and Basketball. When Lou isn’t working, he enjoys Mountaineer sports, lifting, reading, and hiking.

Kayla received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Slippery Rock University and her Masters of Public Health from WVU. She is excited to be apart of the EQT REC Center and see the impact it has on the health and overall wellbeing of the Greene County community. Kayla loves working in the wellness industry because it gives her the opportunity to make a difference in individuals’ life by helping them make the decision to live a healthier life. Kayla stays active by keeping up with her 2 puppies, Nick and Jess and enjoys participating in group exercise classes and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies and playing board games. Kayla was born and raised in Greene County and she cannot wait for the community to experience the many benefits of the EQT REC Center.

Bryan joins our team from the Foundation for Wellness Center! Bryan attended West Virginia University where he was a three-year letterman as an offensive tackle for the WVU Football Team. In addition to playing for the Mountaineers, he served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach for all twenty two men’s and women’s varsity teams. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy, son Bryson, daughter Mya, and their Pomeranian, Chippy!
Financial Coordinator/Special Operations
Beth was born and raised in Greene County graduating from Mapletown Jr. Sr High School. She has always worked in customer service and is excited to be a part of the EQT Rec Center. Beth enjoys being with her family and leading an active life with her husband and two boys. Beth is extremely excited that our community finally has a center that people can take their family’s and hang out, plus stay active and fit at the same time. Beth can not wait to see how great of an impact the EQT Rec Center is going to be for our Community and the people in it.

Amy Tustin has been a life long residence of Waynesburg and has an extensive background in childcare. She has served as a preschool instructor for over 10 years and has also worked and organized many summer camps. Amy is currently Camp Supervisor here at EQT Rec Center. She enjoys working at the Rec Center because the center provides a wonderful venue for children of all ages to learn and live healthier lives. Amy is a proud mother to three children: Emma, Noah, and Roan.
Children’s Program Manager
Meghan Ricciuti was welcomed by the EQT Rec Center as the lead in child care. Attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania and California University of Pennsylvania Meghan studied social work and counseling. Meghan has a considerable background regarding the safety and well-being of children and can provide a secure and comfortable environment for those children entering the Tot Room. Some of her work history includes employment at Greene County Children and Youth Services and staff support at Carmichaels Area High School. Meghan and her family are local to Waynesburg, with two young sons and a husband employed at Bailey Mine. Meghan welcomes all children and families to the EQT Rec Center.
