EQT REC Center was built to be a focal point of the community and a source of pride for Greene County, and it shows. The EQT REC Center utilizes a highly acclaimed approach centered on delivering measurable results through personalized and integrated programs for our members.
HydroMassage
Julia (86) and her husband Ralph (93) have been members here at the EQT REC Center since 2018. Both, previously professional dancers, still live a very active lifestyle Julia said, "If have time to sit I don't, I exercise", and "the key to longevity is to keep your body active "The HydroMassage Therapy Bed is one of the reasons they keep coming back. They use it 4x per week! Julia is a hairstylist and often stands a lot throughout the day. Hydro has been the only change she has made to her daily routine, and she no longer experiences cramps and pain in her legs. Not only does it help with her legs, but Julia also said she has more energy throughout the day because she is sleeping better throughout the night thanks to HydroMassage!
