PRE-SEASON WRESTLING TRAINING
Come prepare your body and mind for the upcoming wrestling season with former Collegiate Wrestler and Certified Personal Trainer Luke Lohr.
Luke will be programming the one-on-one or group training sessions with the mindset that he used to be a successful athlete and coach.
The program will be developed to maximize your athletic potential as a wrestler at any experience level.
High-Intensity Sessions designed to improve strength, conditioning, power, balance, and body awareness for all age and skill levels. Basic wrestling skills will be included if applicable to the participants.
In order to prevent injury and to maximize results, Proper technique and execution of all movements and activities will be a high priority in each session.
